Terms of Service

These terms govern the internal use of EDUCK Highlight Uploader by the authorized EDUCK operator.

Access

The client is an internal command-line tool operated by All in Red Jan Tuziak. It is not a public service and no access is offered to consumers or external organizations. Credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Permitted use

The client may be used only to upload video files and metadata owned by EDUCK or used with all necessary permissions. Before each batch, the operator must review the displayed titles, descriptions, files, audience designation and visibility setting, then explicitly confirm the upload.

Content responsibility

The operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable law, intellectual-property and privacy rights, the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and other applicable YouTube policies. The client must not be used to circumvent platform restrictions, quotas or enforcement.

Google and YouTube API terms

Use of the client is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Google and YouTube are not the provider of this client and do not sponsor or endorse it.

Availability and security

The client is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The operator must protect the local computer and OAuth credentials. Uploads stop on an ambiguous result so that the operator can inspect YouTube Studio before retrying.

Termination

Use must stop if authorization is revoked, credentials are compromised or continued use would violate platform policies. Google access can be revoked from Google Account third-party connections, and local authorization data can be removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
